The Room of Spirit and time (ROSAT) is no ordinary room. It's a huge area placed in another dimension that is accessible through a doorway in Kami's Lookout. This alternate dimension has a different concept of time. One year in there is only 1 day in our dimension, making it a perfect area to train quickly. That's not the only advantage of the ROSAT, it has stronger gravity, ten times stronger then Earths. It even has a varied selection of temperatures, one minute it can't be arctic conditions and the next, a desert heat.

A large number of people have used the ROSAT for their training and it played the biggest part in the Cell saga and the Buu saga.
